Genuinely a bit worried about the whole thing. Everyone on here seems like super saiyan whiz-kids, and Iām only an average saiyan whiz-kid, so you can see the conundrum

Hey everyone - great to meet you! Applied to Bowdoin RD as a Maine student, but two people from my school already got admitted ED so hopes are not too high! In case you didnāt know, unlike so many other highly selective schools, Bowdoinās app pool went DOWN this year: Total applications down slightly for Class of 2025 ā The Bowdoin Orient.

Got good news from Bates and Colby, hope Bowdoin continues the Maine school trend (though 2 people from my school got in ED already so chances are looking slim)!

Iām really nervous. Bowdoin is the first decision that Iām really hoping to be good news. I got waitlisted at Bates so hopefully I can snag at least one of the Maine Three :((

They probably received a likely letter.
Yes definitely! Bowdoin is my top choice of the 3 (or maybe tied with Colby), so fingers crossed!
Got the presidential scholar email (which is kind of Colbyās likely letter, though less definitive)!
