Accepted today at 1:30 for Computer Science

So do they send them all out for a specific major in one day or the spread out because I only saw a couple computer engineers get accepted (3) I have a 4220 Mca so it’s low but how are my chances?

Hopefully when it’s back up again a flood of acceptances will spew forth
So were all the psych acceptances released already?
Honestly, we thought we knew the trend, and at first everything was all orderly but now it’s just crazy. They could send out rejections tomorrow at 3 am for all we know. They could actually send more acceptances for us poor souls! How crazy would that be!!! They could give us a straight forward answer!!!
@nick3325 I don’t know your stats but I’ve seen people w unusually low stats get in for engineering (if you look through the acceptances in this thread, you really can’t say anyone was an “obvious admit”) so you should hold on. At this point it seems like if your Mca is 4000+ you should be safe.but we can’t know anything for sure
Is there any other university who does it this way? The mythology of Cal Poly continues to grow

Alright I’ll hold on I’m just scared cause I saw a couple of computer engineers accepted but I have 3.93 GPA with 1200 Sat 6 A.P. (Calc, Lang, Lit, Physics, Psychology, U.S. History) in 21+ hours of EC No JOB but dads a vet African American as well

I would start now but just a little. More if haven’t heard anything tomorrow and so on and so forth
Do they send each major in waves all at once or periodically send them out to people during the next two weeks
ok, looks like I need to post on here like last year, haha. I am one of the students on the transfer thread, and while I too am stressing out, I would like to just say that I have been in your shoes, and from past experience, wherever you end up, you will do fine and most likely love it. I thought the world was going to end when I didn’t get into Cal Poly, but I couldn’t have been happier with my outcome. Even if you have to go to a community college like I did, you will still be happy and hey, you get a second chance after just a few years
So, as an Instate Aerospace engineer, w/ an MCA of ABOUT 4100, possibly higher depending on a few classes,
A SAT of 1900,
And ACT of 28,
It’s pretty much over, am I correct?
Put me put of my misery so I can decide between CSLB and CPP…
I’m just not going to be expecting anything good after Friday. :-w
