quick question. How are we notified about scholarship money? Later?

@georgiaboi
haha right…i could be going out right now but I’m freaking out way to much. First night of our winter break…

just got accepted guys, if you’re freaking about not getting an email yet, don’t.
I really do think its totally random

Accepted
International student
ACT: 32, Predicted IB Points: 41
LSA
Received 5:52pm

Shocked and ecstatic!!

Tonight is a great night for party hopping. Gonna hit em hard lol

are they sending the emails out by region? a lot of people on facebook from my area have said they have gotten accepted. i still haven’t gotten mine :(

Aaahhh everyone’s getting in! I’m freaking out! I haven’t gotten anything yet. Maybe out-of-state acceptances come later? And, even denied students should be hearing back at the same time, yes?

Sexy what time did you get it?

I’m hoping the lack of rejections/deferrals has at least a little bit to do with the demographics of the people here on CC. Or maybe I’m wrong and they just are coming later.

Ugggh this is getting frustrating…

@kawaiiamber, I haven’t gotten mine yet, either (I’m in the Southeast). What region did you mention is hearing now?

Just got my email from UM Admissions. It was postmarked 5:16. I’m IN!!

I wish someone from the UofM admissions office would read this thread. Clearly they are causing a lot of kids unnecessary anxiety. This happened last year as well, you think they’d learn. Get a bigger server if it is difficult to release all the decisions at the same time. There really is no logical reason to stagger decisions in such a way.

Still nothing, I’m in Florida.

I am so worried right now…

Amen, cougar.

People from my school in the west coast have already heard… Last year didn’t they send out decisions by first acceptances, then the others on a seperate day?

why are people worried. so far acceptance is 100%

Anyone from Texas hear back yet? Or any deferrals?

non engineering peeps, like my friend and myself, are getting in too.
