Yeah, I have a 3.67 (last I checked) because of all the Pre-Calculus I was forced to miss as a Sophomore. I hope my 31 ACT (33 Superscored - which Michigan fully supports!), essays and ECs will be able to carry me past that, but… I’m so damn scared.

they superscore act?!?

@Sapharodon The average unweighted GPA of an accepted student is 3.75, you guys need to relax. A 3.67 is only 0.08 lower than the average, a 31 is top of the line, you are a strong candidate for the school. CC is just really nervous, but have faith in yourself. A 3.67 is good if you have taken difficult courses, and since you took pre-cal in your sophomore year I can only guess you are currently in Calc BC. So you seem smart.

@woahbilly24 @Sapharodon Michigan doesn’t superscore.

Non-superscored = 2240; Superscore = 2340…
W GPA = 4.0/5.0

-Founder of first high school south asian a cappella group
-2nd place in TiE Young Entrepreneurs Business Plan Competition
-Summer internship at MIT Auto-ID Labs
-Take Advanced math curriculum (math 1 year early every year). Aka now i’m in Multivariable Calc

If decisions are coming out tomorrow, how do you all feel?!

Terrified…

28 ACT and 3.85 GPA… 3 Varsity Sports, NHS, and part of Church Group. My brother goes there, and my grandpa went there. Any ideas on if I will get in? I’m in state, which helps :)

Is 3.85 weighed or unweighed? If it is unweighed, you have a reasonable chance (I would say match/reach).

Heard from a very good source, saying that the decisions start going out 2mrw and they go out in bulks so not everyone will get theirs on the first day. Acceptance letters in the mail go out Dec. 24

holy nutsack, I couldn’t sleep all night. I’ve just been staring at wolverine access for 10 hours.

New to thread…

Thoughts???

Nervous…

New to this, anyone else interested in studying computer science at UMich? Also, anyone interested in the honors college within LSA?

Wait. So according to the email sent to 007retro’s GC Birmingham school kids start finding out today around 3:00?!?! Wish my son attended there!

Just talked to my counselor, decisions are deff. coming out on the 14th, tomorrow.
Gahhh, dying.

At least I’m getting a workout, my heart rate is like 120 right now haha. Too much anxiety!

Anybody know what time the decisions are coming out?

I am definitely freaking out . I just received a ruthless Defer from Duke today and it broke my heart.
Since I am out of state, it is said that the admission rate was greatly lower. Guess I am not getting any Offers this year. Feeling so bad.
