** Official Class of 2017 University of Michigan EA Decisions Thread **

I haven’t seen any denials today… I think, so that must be a good sign.

Accepted to the Residential College of LSA.
ACT 32.
Out-of-state legacy (dad got his PhD at Michigan).
Got email announcing my acceptance about two hours AFTER I saw the “decision” link show up on Wolverine Access (around 4:30 Eastern). Good luck everyone.

ugh i feel like the only person to not find out anything.

I was accepted!!! No email, but I checked on Wolverine Access and it was there.

@ronnilwazlib Congratulations!

I haven’t gotten a link or an email, so I’m assuming deference :(. A girl at my school with lower stats than mine got into engineering, but I think she did some summer program there.

It’s 6:03

Nothing yet

Nothing yet too…no i’m starting to worry

Nothing yet  close friend got deferred with lower stats

Nothing yet…aaahhh…are they sending the reject letters last ?

nothing
im really worried

do u guys think they do it depending on when u sent ur app in?

My daughter was accepted to LSA, OOS (from Minnesota). ACT 32, SAT 2170, SAT Subject Tests 800 World History, 740 Lit, uw GPA 3.8. Double legacy.

No e-mail yet, she saw it on Wolverine Access around 5:00 pm Central time.

Good luck to all still waiting! Hang in there; they said with 22,000 notifications to get out, it may take several days, so don’t assume no news = bad news.

i got my deferred email a while ago and still nothing on WA. kind of annoying

My Dad is an MSU grad who wants me to go to State (accepted already as a safety). Knowing I’m on tenterhooks about the decision and the email I’m checking, he sent me an email titled “Michigan Deferral”. I about had a heart attack until I noticed and raged.

Very funny Dad. Very funny

OMG LOL @cof2013

lol those who were expected to get in and got deferred, no worries…there is such a thing as “overqualified” when they think you won’t go and they are just waiting for you to withdraw because they expect you to get admitted to other places :)

Accepted by Wolverine Access from CA! So happy!!!

He is quite the funny guy… of course at this moment I’d rather he leave me alone. Michigan is one of my top choices, and I’ve been a Wolverines fan my entire life, so he was happy to needle me.

deferred, from Illinois
