Official Cornell Class of 2019 Regular Decision Applicants!!!!!

Congrats, I’m so happy for you!!! And I can’t wait to receive mine. Good luck to everyone else applying for SHA.

@Snowbells What part of Florida are you in? I’m in the southwest and I’m hoping that I might still get one

@stressymessi I’m in South Florida (Palm Beach Gardens). It just came in though. It also can depend on the school, what school did you apply first decision to?

@Snowbells I applied to ILR; really hoping I get a letter tomorrow then. The wait is killing me. Forgot to say, but congrats on your letter, and thanks for answering!

@Snowbells Congratulations! Meeting you guys at Cornell would be really cool

Someone should make a results thread, since ILR and Hotel have obviously began. (I would do it, but I’m on my phone and it’s really annoying :slight_smile: )

I can do it

Here’s the forum for those who have already received their decisions. Feel free to message me for any possible modifications…

Do anyone else’s financial aid to do lists say that they need to resubmit parent W2 forms? It still says that the deadline was February 15th so will they be lenient?

Submitting FA late will only mean that you get FA later, you will still get the same amount, and admittance will still come at the same time

@jamesjunkers‌

Do you have any idea how long FA is delayed? Is it possible that it is so late that one doesn’t know their FA package until after May 1st, or is that highly unlikely, assuming all the required documents are given by, let’s say mid-March at the very latest? Just wondering since I haven’t seen anything about the specifics of how late it is.

So I’ve been struck by the banhammer * again * and probably won’t be posting much on here anymore to prevent my CU-related threads from getting arbitrarily deleted, but I just wanted to wish you guys good luck! No matter what your decision letter says, you guys are an awesome group of people who I’m sure will thrive wherever you end up.

And if any of you end up receiving a guaranteed transfer, feel free to PM me as I’m a GT and would be happy to help! Hopefully you guys all get in RD, though. Best of luck, everyone :smiley:

I’m sure you’ll get FA before May 1

@Coriander23‌ Thanks! Take care.

So I have some useful information regarding financial aid, i received an email from Cornell stating that if they receive all financial aid materials (including IDOC documents) by Mar. 20 that they can have a financial aid package ready by Apr.1. You have to submit the CSS Profile to be able to upload IDOC documents. Good luck to those of you still waiting! :slight_smile:

Good to know @CUDA2015‌! My family has sent it in the mail to IDOC weeks ago but it’s still not processed on the website yet.

well i didn’t get a financial aid email so i’ll take it as my fate has already been decided and I won’t get in

Never got an email either…

Yeah, that probably meant that our applications never went that far in the process. :frowning:

Well isn’t it true that admissions is completely separate from financial aid…?
