Official Cornell Class of 2019 Regular Decision Applicants!!!!!

Yeah, I think they look at CR + M, they see writing, but they put little emphasis on it.

Haha okay good. My Math+Reading is 1600 but my GPA is shaky - not bad enough to get my application thrown away but definitely not a 4.0. @aveaus‌ Is it just me, or are there not many ILR applicants here?

Look through the ed thread, there were a lot of ilr people, and I’m sure plenty got deferred…

cornellllllllllll

@byebyebirdy‌ What’s your GPA? My GPA worries me too agh.

@awesomekid‌ @byebyebirdy‌ yo ur fine as long as u got like a 3.6+ lol calm down

Anyone on here applying AEM for RD. I know there were a few for ED, but they all seem to have gone away, lol :D

@jamesjunkers‌ me! :smiley:

@sophiawyu, wanna post your stats and/or pm them to me, lol. It’s pretty bad that decisions are 4 months away, and I’m getting anxious. I’ll send you my scores in return :D

lol theres barely any AAP kids on here cause most of them got deferred in ED and left CC

@thegrant, rage quit!! :smiley: >-)

@awesomekid‌ 4.35 Weighted, I haven’t calculated UW because it would depress me. I’d guess around a 3.7 maybe? I just have a bit of downward trend because IB and life so my gpa gives me a great deal of anxiety.

How did everyone do for EA/ED?

@thegrant‌ 3.6+?!? Do they recalculate GPAs?

I made an account just for this :stuck_out_tongue: Submitted my app! But really nervous after seeing the first page of this thread, we’re up against Harvard and Princeton deferrals :neutral_face: Oh well, fingers crossed…

@jamesjunkers‌ and @sophiawyu, I’m applying CALS AEM too!

@tantheeeta, can you post and/or pm me your stats? Sorry, I’m really anxious haha

I’ll send mine back, or you can look at the Official ED Results thread for Cornell, I’m the second post (deferrals, ugh)…

@TanTheeeta‌ Yeah IKR! So scared… hope they just magically love all of us heh.

@byebyebirdy yeah, we’re definitely a rare species. thankfully ILR has one of the highest acceptance rates. whew! :smiley:

How many people do we have applying to each school on here?

Just realized I made a typo on my application… on my Activities section, I accidentally added an “l” to the word “districts” (so it says “Districtsl”). I know it seems trivial but for my peace of mind, do you think that the admissions officers would take this into consideration in any way?
