@mkali123 I’m an applicant from Pakistan too and I haven’t gotten any likely letter! Thanks a lot for the added anxiety! :p

@ lolLife I stand corrected but lots of people get into Cornell without getting any likely letter
P.S. What did you apply for?

@LolLife Don’t mention it :stuck_out_tongue: No, but seriously, an overwhelming majority of accepted applicants do not receive likely letters so just chill out :p

@nedlogtels Yeah… But, realistically speaking, most don’t. And I’m nothing if not a realist. Plus atm I can’t think of a better stress reliever than a likely letter!
I applied for Engineering. You?

@mkali123 Easy for you to say! :stuck_out_tongue:
Where else have you applied?

@LolLife I got waitlisted from UChicago and rejected from Middlebury. Waiting for UPenn, Oberlin and Wesleyan. Which school do you go to?

@mkali123 Oh hey! I got waitlisted at UChicago too! :open_mouth:
Wouldn’t it be more appropriate to ask me which CITY I’m from? Seedha school pai pohnch gaye ho! :p

@LolLife Eventually tau udr pohanchna hi hai. But sure, kis shehr say hain aap?

Anyone get an email from Cornell about how to check decision on Thursday

@mkali123 Lol. I’m from Isb.

@jginsb Nope. Nothing so far. Their website says:

"Regular decision applicants will be able to view their admission decisions online on Thursday, March 27, beginning at 5 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time). On the decision release date, we will contact regular decision applicants by email with instructions for viewing their decisions online. Please note that your decision will not be posted on your Cornell online application status account, so please follow the instructions that will be outlined in our email to you.

You do not need to do anything further at this time. We will post a new message on our website once we have sent the email instructions for viewing your decision online."

@LolLife Did you apply for financial aid?

@mkali123 Obvioo. My parents have the clichéd become-a-doctor-or-we’ll-cut-you-off type thing going on. Smh. Need-aware decisions are one of the main reasons why I’m struggling.
Did you?

Just received reminder!! Ahhh!!

@jginsb ya i got one, and I almost jumped out of my chair thinking it was the link to the admission decision lol

No reminder here but already recieved early notification of acceptence (humec)
