<p>What time exactly do we hear back from? and also, if you did not receive a likely letter (im a humec applicant), does that mean you are rejected?</p>
<p>@nirvana1995 5 pm est on the 27th. They will emaol instructoons for viewing you decision on a seperate site. And no you are not rejected if you didn’t receive a likely letter. By looking at other posts it seems likelies mostly went to urm’s and some female engineers. Most people don’t get likelies. </p>
