Official Cornell University 2013 Early Decisions Thread

cayugared wait what’s ILR really for then? isn’t it like pre-law? or pre-management or something like that?

hi again chandlerbing! how’re you doing so far? (acceptance-wise)

BUMP

BUmpp… bringing this thread back…

why bring this back?
You should start a new one for the class of 2014.

I’m actually glad this was revived. This in itself wasn’t all that helpful but someone linked to the Class of 2012 page, and that had a lot of good statistical information. As for a Class of 2014 ED Decision page… I think we can hold that off for a little bit.

Well this is the most recent and probably the most reliable statistics thread for ED applicants like me. I thought it would be helpful for others.

There’s already a 2014 ED page going o_O

yeah, by the time d-day rolls around decisions on the 2014 thread will be on page 60–we’ve been going for a while. lol. but yeah, i was thinking of bumping this myself. it’s interesting to see last year’s breakdown. it’s also comforting knowing that we should be in a significantly smaller ED pool this year (i heard this year has about 3000 and last year had about 3500–btw i’m loving that 37% acceptance rate for EDers).

@wisdom86 yeah i was talking about holding off a 2014 Cornell ED RESULTS thread. Since we’re 37 pages in already, I think it would be in the interest of RD applicants and future applicants for us to make a separate thread around 12/9ish for the sake of the results.

ooo gotcha.

D-day’s not coming soon enough T_T

This thread is kind of interesting… reading through, some of the applicants I just wonder how it’s humanly possible they didn’t get in?! A friend of mine visited Cornell recently, and the tour guide made a point of telling them to “get off CC” 'cause the kids will scare you out of even applying lol
