<p>@SHJ You had good stats! it was a tough year. Remember, 55k+ applicants this year maybe only 10K accepted for 5800 seats. They saw something in you…maybe residency factor, semester grades. You will find a home!!</p>
<p>Rejected. The most crushing feeling in the world, especially when my two best friends are going next year. Literally the lowest my self esteem has ever been. Oh well, guess I’ll just go to a school I don’t want to attend now.</p>

Awesome attitude!!! All wait-listed or rejected applicants take a note from Hopsin…if you really want U of M you will get in as a transfer. Go to your local community college for a year and get a 4.0 with hard classes that will transfer to U of M. They will accept you eventually. Guess what??? Your final degree will be no different then the individual that got in Dec 2012 for the class of 2017!!! Thats a fact!</p>

<p>Waitlisted…i’m crushed. but senna4ever is right. It is so much easier to get in as a transfer. My cousin went to eastern for a year. He had low high school gpa and never had a chance as a freshman. Going spring semester as a freshman would be so much better, but i wonder how competitive that is. Congrats to all those accepted!</p>
