BTW, do you guys have the “dining in?” I’m Air Force and we do it, but I was under the impression that is was done across all banches and I didn’t happen to see it listed in your post. That’s always one of our best events, and definitely the most fun. We actually had ours just a few weeks ago, complete with the grog bowl and all. :)</p>
<p>Yes, we have two formal events which could be considered “dining in.”</p>
<p>First would be the military ball, which is held at the Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles.</p>
<p>The second would be our award ceremony, which is a combination banquet-award ceremony at the Olympic Collection Banquet Center.</p>

<p>That’s what I like about this board, people aren’t really judging chances, like some of the other boards. On a lot of the other boards people are like “no you’re wrong, he has no chance at all of getting in” or whatever. </p>

<p>geez, it’s getting down to the wire. Truthfully, on the line of judging people’s chances, I think we’ve all figured out that for reach schools like Georgetown, Ivys, etc, we really don’t have a clue!! And there’s nothing wrong with that.</p>
