<p>The logging into housing myth has just been disproven. All hell’s broke loose.</p>
<p>I was able to login to housing yesterday and received an email this morning saying I was accepted and would receive a welcome packet in the mail soon.</p>
<p>@miami4rmjax have you talked to anyone from CHE recently? I’m still awaiting on my decision and I’m not sure if I should call them or not to see if a decision has been made. I’m only wondering cause I called last week and the lady told me to call by the end of the week if I didn’t receive anything. I didn’t call at the end of last week, but it was weird cause she asked for my phone number. Nice lady though.</p>

<p>well i don’t think it means that the housing thing is completely a myth.
if you are accepted it should work (of course there were some applicants where housing only started working a few days after they got their acceptance)
however as someone else mentioned earlier in the thread, the system can make errors.</p>
<p>either way… i guess people should stay away from the housing portal until they get their actual decisions to clear up any uncertainty:/</p>

<p>Ruxc23 Hi. Yes, I spoke to the CHE people yesterday and they told me that they would give me my decision over the phone on Monday since I have a deadline to meet. You should definitely call, especially since they said to call by the end of the week! Sounds like good news to me.</p>

<p>accepted to CAS via phone!!! I was able to log into the housing portal this morning, so I called the admission office. And the lady whom I talked with affirmed that I got into Cornell!!</p>
