i feel like the next wave will come through on April 16th… just a hunch… ya know so its exactly a month in. i havent heard of anybody getting in these past couple days… so im trying to calculate the next wave of decisions lol
@kond217 Yeah I’m currently enrolled and taking the second semester of the writing requirement.
@sammycatt there have been a few people that have gotten rejections.
I’m pretty sure now that the “next batch” will be the last batch of admissions.
@collegetoday I’m starting to think Hollywood needs to make the next Saw torture movie about students waiting for acceptance letters. I’m the one at the point that would rather just get rejected than keep being on edge waiting for a decision!

Rundown: Got accepted into the mathematics program. Not too stoked that I won’t be in the engineering college, so I’m probably gonna go somewhere else, as needy as that sounds. I also think UCSB’s LS majors are not ABET-accredited- correct me if I’m wrong. Does anyone know how much of an impact this is in the job market, grad schools, etc?

@zyyyyyyy Congrats! It’s nice to hear that at least one EE major has been accepted so far. I’m also EE but still haven’t heard anything. Given how long I’ve already waited, I would be utterly crushed if it turned out to be a rejection
thanks! Dont worry too much, my friend got accepted yesterday, as an EE major, I was felling worried. But things turns to be alright today. Decisions will keep coming out.
@BDtoSB If you missed the California March 2 FAFSA deadline your financial aid will be significantly reduced for the first quarter of attendance at a minimum. (btw is “BC” Boston College or Bakersfield College?)
