<p>@AuTurtle Do all school profiles show the average SAT score? If not, do you think colleges utilize other ways to search for it? I want highlight my score because it’s more than 700+ above the average. I don’t think that it shows on my school profile, but this information is available online by the Massachusetts Department of Education.</p>

best of luck to you as well…I know you said earlier your application was a YOLO-type impulse, but Harvard is really a crapshoot…The only way you can guarantee rejection from Harvard is by not applying (as long as you’re within reason of course haha)</p>

<p>@mnrepresent I sent two regular apps just to ease my Harvard anxiety. I’ve finished the rest so that if deferred/rejected, I can ship them all off on December 12th to take my mind off of the disappointment and despair! </p>

<p>@calliemoon11 from what I can glean off these posts, I think you will like it! Unconventional story about love shown in a non-linear sequence with probably the best soundtrack EVER! Plus all the actors are my favs :)</p>
<p>Done with the state safeties. Just waiting for H before I start up with other reaches/matches. Honestly, I’ll probably just go with Rutgers if Harvard doesn’t happen because I can’t bear the idea of forking over 250k for an undergrad degree. </p>
<p>Interesting to see the different approaches. For me, I submitted all of them already as I know that I would not be able to muster up the motivation to work on them after a Harvard deferral/rejection</p>

<p>@calliemoon11 Great minds think alike lol. I have a document (affectionately named D-Day) of CC posts, news articles, and other resources that list all the bad aspects of Harvard and all the great things about the other schools I’m applying to. Hopefully convincing myself that Harvard was never a good fit in the first place will be the best way to gracefully handle deferral. It also helps that there’s such a large community of internet people bitter about Harvard - there’s a lot of material to fall back on lol.</p>
