<p>When does Harvard usually post about the REA results? Curious to see how low the % was this year. Seems like SO many deferrals (myself included).</p>

OMG I can’t believe I got accepted! Congrats to those who did as well… and for those who got deferred, just work hard on the rest of your applications and remember that there are still many doors open…</p>

<p>My friend got in (northern California/bay area)!!! I’m so proud of her!!! She had good but not perfect stats, and showed a VERY clear passion for English (her intended major). </p>

<p>Deferred as well. Surprisingly, I didn’t react much to this. Now on to essay hell over winter break lol. </p>

I didn’t get an email and as of an hour and a half later, I still haven’t. A few minutes after 5 EST, I logged into my normal applicant status portal and there was a message that said: </p>

And I saw the message that said Congratulations!</p>
<p>Deferred. But it’s time to get excited about other schools :)</p>
<p>Accepted. I cannot believe it. I’m waiting to be contacted and told that it’s a mistake. </p>
