I still disagree with the either answer choice
like if you thought this test was harder than usual
click helpful if otherwise
i honestly have no clue what to say about this test, because it was my first SAT
because the answer wasn’t “either of” it was just “either”
can anyone in this forum recall the exact question for the either/both???
does anyone remember the math question on the last math section that ask for the constant in a function that was also in a set of points. What was the constant? I chose 1.5
For basque passage did the passage rely heavily on “extended analogy” or “hypothetical musings”?
Then on folk music passage, what did Passage 1 have that passage 2 didnt?
@Firered777 I’m not completely sure but I chose hypothetical musings because of the paragraph in which he said " Had the truck appeared in my dreams and crushed … blablabla. . Others might argue it’s extended analogy tho because there were a lot of comparisons and analogy in the text ( like in a dream or sth ). Honestly I couldn’t recall much of the passage right now so I’m not sure.
@vaisakh if the box one is the one with pictures, then it’s E.
@glasshours The question asks for the least to the largest, so you have to count upwards, not downwards. Thus, it will be 3rd instead of 5th. That was a tricky question.
@98cars I put pragmatic because they both became industrialized instead of trying to be authentic. In the passage about the singer, he admitted that he had turn industrialized, not completely authentic like how his fan thought. That’s my opinion.
Did anyone have a really strange math experimental section with a physics formula in one of the questions? It looked exactly like a math subject test…
Anyone else get 2 “the answer cannot be determined” in math? One on the length of that segment within the 2 circles, and the other one that asked for the seventh term in the sequence?
Also, i had two 35 Question writing sections, was the one about the polling the actual one or the one about the prehistoric farming techniques?
Yup I got cannot be determined for the circle one but the 7th term in the sequence was 11
wait why was the other one 7? Do u remember the question?
For the either one, my thought process was that more compares two things, if it were both it would be comparing all three sisters and would need to be most. However since it was more, either makes sense as it makes it so that one sister is being individually compared to a singular sister
@emersonballer21 I had those two 35 writing sections as well!! The real one was the polling one, but I found the other one easier.
the other one had the improving paragraphs about farming techniques a long time ago right? @Tennistiger
Sorry about the double post, but can someone please explain how the math MC with population/area was 3rd, not 5th? I could have sworn that there were 4 points above the point with the largest population…
Also curves should look like this right
Math: -1 770 -2 750 -3 720 -4 700 -5 690
and with all the speculation over a couple really difficult and confusing writing Qs
Writing (w/ a 10 essay): -1 790 -2 770 -3 750 -4 720 -5 700
anyone have any ideas about the CR curve, im horrible at CR so i wouldnt know
Yeah, a passage about a gate or something, right? @emersonballer21
