Math (somebody fill this in…and do one for wr. and cr)

800 = ?
750+ = ?
700+ = ?
650+ = ?
600+ = ?

i think maybe it was idiomatically incorrect bschenkel. i know i had that one marked as an error and some other people in the forum posted it as well, so i put it in the answers. can you remember the sentence? i know it was something about how the tax or something would be a disadvantage TO some people, but a benefit FOR others. thats why i marked it wrong. but i was not completely sure.

Yeah, lugubrious and 15. 0 is an integer.

Did anyone here NOT get a question that had 2 triangles, one inside another, with 100 as an answer

you’llsee, look at the january curve posted above.

i remember thinking that too, mrniceguy.

but i seem to remember that none of the choices corrected that, so i figured it must be ok. but gel is singular so it for sure has to be is and not are.

the cr section was very easy, as was writing…math was okay

if pt lying on the line is considered inside then it would have to be more than that, there would be 7 pts for just when x=0

Math was easy. Writing was easy. I hated CR. I probably got a little less than 750… AGAIN. It’s impossible to raise that CR score. I swear.

…

i heard this SAT was very hard compared to other test dates…anyone agree?
Maybe a generous curve

andreaaaaaa-

yeah… I think I ended up putting D…something like “leaves for extracting a gel…”

not the best correction but avoids the “for whose” problem.

ooh…writing question:

it was like,
“the officials didnt like the new employees, even though they had the boards approval”
“they” was incorrect, right? since its an ambiguous pronoun?

I’ve taken the SAT before. This was extremely easy compared to December 2006’s test. That’s for sure.

i think i got 700+ cr…700+ wr (10 E)…and 650+ math

I hope/think I got:

760 Math
720 Writing (10 E)
730 CR (?This is questionable?)

“Whose” is fine for a non-person (animal, thing). (There is no analogous possessive form of “which.”) You can’t use “who,” however, to represent a non-person.

yeah zachsta. thats right.

the math section was easy…but i think i made several careless mistakes, anyone else think so?

i agree…
