<p>For the Improving Paragraphs question, I distinctly remember that I chose Sentence 5 as the sentence to be deleted.

<p>I challenged the question, and I believe ETS ultimately threw the question out (it was an inherently ambiguous question).</p>
<p>im so confused, when i checked my scores i only had three numbers, one for math, one for critical reading, and one for writing. is something wrong or am i missing something. there are no writing subscores for me???</p>

<p>800 Math and Writing, 700 Verbal !!
I took the january test went from 2120 to 2300! </p>
<p>If i’m looking at schools like Penn cornell brown etc… will a bad SAT II score in history (not what i want to study at all- business rather) hurt my chances. and i’m talkin real bad, like 560 (although i did get 800 math2 and was planning on taking physics satII in october for penn ED)</p>
<p>AAAH! I just saw my writing subscores: 80 and 8. My essay was so much better this time than January or March, but I got 8 again?! ***? I could have pulled an 800 with just 1 more point on the essay :(</p>

<p>I don’t know what i am doing wrong, i took so many SAT practice books that i could find and yet my score is not what i want it to be, especially the math 
I don’t think it is possible for to get into a college i want to go to if i keep this up.</p>

<p>How Do We See Our Writing Subscores?</p>
<p>on practice tests, I got up to a 740 math (all were over 700) and on verbal I never really do well even though I always get 100 in honors english (the highest i got for this was a 660)</p>
<p>the first time i took it, i expected at least a 1330 or 2000 on the 2400 scale and got a 1290, I’m really upset, but hopefully I can bring it up again in october</p>
<p>math: 670
verbal: 620 (i left a lot blank b/c for some reason I lost track of time - prob nerves, which sucks)
writing: 650 (11 on the essay)</p>
<p>btw, how can u get a regrade of a certain section, because I have no idea why I only got a 670 on math when i usually break 700?</p>
<p>bah… if only i had done a little better on CR, i wouldn’t retake it.</p>

<p>i wish i was a bit more balanced… will def take it again. i can at least go up another 50 points in verbal and another 30 points in math.</p>

<p>im retaking in october. last october, i got a 1670; this october is the last time i am taking the sat, and i may sound crazy, but i’m hoping for a 2200+. i need that score to have a chance at UCLA</p>
