Rejected. I’ve been rejected by both Northwestern and Vanderbilt, even though I was waitlisted at UChicago. I’ve lost all hope.
OMG!!! I got accepted!!! I can’t believe this right now. I was so worried because I haven’t had any communication from NU.
Rejected! Oh well.

lol got rejected. But tbh, I’m not that surprised. With 32000 applicants going for only 2000 seats, the chances of getting in are slim, especially when nearly half of the class was filled up in the ED round.

I GOT IN. 2100 SAT. 3.93 UW GPA. FROM CALIFORNIA. AAAAAHHHHH!
Waitlist for S, also waitlist @UCLA and Wash U, but admitted to Notre Dame and Michigan (both EA) and UCSD. Seems EA/ED have better acceptance rates.
Anyway, all you guys seem to be great students. If you don’t get into NU that means it’s not the right fit for you. Good luck wherever you go!

got in to ucla two days ago but rejected by NU. dont feel that bad
waitlisted, but accepted to Wash U St. Louis. People as long as you have gotten into one school that has a less than 20% acceptance rate, there is hope for other colleges of the same caliber. FIGHT ON!!!
What happens if you got rejected to both Northwestern and UCLA? Lol. 
My son was ACCEPTED to the Bienen School of Music to study with Hans Jensen.
