Hi guys I’m from London UK, applied ED to Northwestern, I was wondering are we meant to have portal log ins? If so where are they? Many thanks!
@Kidinamerica I’ve been told that we get portal links with our admission email, and then we go to the portal to see the decision
Are you guys sure that the decision is coming today?
@tennisspieler Nobody is sure whether the decision is coming today or not. Some of us have had our guidance counselors tell us that it will be tomorrow, while one member on here has said that his/her grandfather is friends with an admissions officer who is claiming that they will come today. All we can do is wait to see if we get an email at either 5:00 or 5:30 pm EST today. If nothing, it will come tomorrow or even possibly Thursday.

The website says December 15th so that’s what I was going with, but in the UK we don’t have counselors so I don’t know!

Maybe they were just trying to freak everyone out, but that seems cruel and I don’t think they would do that for no reason. I’m hoping for tonight, but we’ll see what happens!

Also does anyone know the chances of hearing financial aid on the same day?
I believe you get sent a packet containing scholarship awards information and other things you are required to sign to confirm your attendance. At least I think that’s how it works here in the states.
