@takeaderivative contact the admissions office ASAP. I had the same issue because emails from northwestern were being bounced. It probably is your email account.

i did an interview, but it was really hard to get one scheduled. it literally took two months
@h8highschool I requested one, but they were unable to offer because of the huge amount of applicants from the great Chicagoland area. However, I got a reply from anadmission officer saying that she has noted my demonstration of interest in the interviewing opportunity.
As all of us ED Northwestern folks sit around, waiting, constantly thinking about whether we’ll be accepted or no…might as well chance me!

Essays: Wrote about this one time I watched paint dry for a couple of days. The even built a lot of character, and therefore made for one hell of an essay.
Yes, I’m just kidding around. Not about being a Chargers fan, though–it does not get much sadder than that. However, remember, life isn’t about where you start or where you end. It’s about enjoying the ride! There’s no need to sit around all day refreshing the computer, or your mobile learning device, the misnomer my high school uses for cell phones. Being denied from Northwestern certainly does not have to be the defining moment of your life. So go stretch, get some exercise, and relish the finer things in life, like the bag of Wheat Things I’m currently eating from! Don’t take my post too seriously or stress about it, either. All humans need some levity in their life to cheer them up; as Neil Postman wrote, everyone loves an entertainer.
I had my interview back in October, it lasted an hour and a half, not sure if that’s a good thing or not. I’m literally freaking out I can’t breathe. I just want it to be over with
Ahhhhg Harvard decisions just came out and the tension on my campus is unreal, so many people got deferred
