This was a harder math section before, I got three wrong on last section and got a 730, so 3 wrong and one ommited on this might be a 730 as well

@caninotgotocoll answer was 5

I picked 5 for the circle + parallel lines.

The only way that there could have been 5 intersections was if the lines intersected each other + intersected the circle twice. But it’s impossible since the lines were parallel.

Pretty mad I got that one wrong due to a careless mistake in reading.

@caninotgotocoll it was E. 5

Was there an answer where x=-1 (It was like, A was reflected across a line to give you b. What was the equation of that line?)

And also, there was one where A, b, c, d formed a square, what is k? (the x-value of the bottom right of the square?) I got 4. Can anyone confirm these?

Does anyone remember the answer to the rate/distance question…? or at least the question?

@wchristen89
Yep x = -1. They gave you points (-3, 2) and (1, 2).

@wchristen89 Yup got the same answers for both, almost positive theyre correct.

Being was ok there. They know people always gravitate to that word so they through it on there in a correct context.

You can’t miss more than 2 on the CR and get an 800 unless this is an exceptional exam. You may be able to miss 2 and omit 1 and get a perfect but most people at that level wouldn’t leave any blank.

5x+10 for sure.

-1 can be an 800 on math but I’d say it won’t be on this test. There weren’t any questions that were beyond typical SAT fare difficulty.

@yanksgmenfan777 Was that the question with the graphs? Because if it was I got A… simple physics.

k had to be 6 though right?

I did distance formula to find it.

And the digitizing maps question had a plural verb following it when it should have been singular (I believe that was the case).

But I’d say 1 wrong is 780? I feel like 760 is a little harsh, even for a relatively easy test.

@yanksgmenfan777 the answer was A. the correct graph looked like this:

@Chrysanthemum14 i thought it was 4? since parallel lines cant intersect, and thus the max amount would be 4?

@iconicsoul Agree that 760 seems very harsh… but then again CB has been crushing dreams for years XD

BUT ITS RIGHT BEFORE THANKSGIVING

@YangWenli There were two lines so four intersections was possible if both the lines crossed through the circle

@YangWenli
It asked for what number of intersections was impossible (which was 5) not the maximum amount (which was yes 4).

I’m talking about the square one where you had to find K (the x coordinate).
