<p>@peanutbutterfan- i’m not worried at all. i go to nyc a lot and even if you don’t like your classmates, you’re surrounded by millions in the city and i’m sure you can find people to hang out with that aren’t so uptight about red meat :P</p>

<p>It is inevitable that you will become a bit of a hipster at NYU. It just happens. Embrace it and act like the best shoe-less, photography loving, macbook pro devotee you can! ;)</p>

<p>So…I didn’t get accepted to dramatic writing. I’m guessing it might be partly due to the fact that my GPA is a 3.3. Oh, well. I hope everyone who got accepted has an awesome experience!</p>
<p>As for me, I’ll be finishing the last two years at the University of Cincinnati in philosophy. I’ll probably be studying in Vietnam/Cambodia this winter as it was my back up plan. I’m for sure going to continue screenwriting, and I will definitely apply to Tisch for the MFA program.</p>

<p>I got my acceptance package in the mail today, a week after the email, and there’s no financial aid information!!! It just says to look online but there’s nothing there. This is so frustrating, they said I’d hear within 3 days and tomorrow will be the 8th day.</p>

<p>Still waiting on MCC when I called to see if they accepted my final transcripts I was told they had and that they reviewed my application and that my decision would be out by the end of the week… so where is it?</p>
<p>i still haven’t heard and i applied to MCC as well. by now i’ve just tried to forget about it and decided to enroll at another school. NYU wasn’t my first choice anyway but it is totally ridiculous that so many of us haven’t been accepted or denied yet and i would at least like to find out ugh. good luck to you guys who are still waiting to hear!!</p>
