<p>So yesterday, something interesting happened. I was trying to log into albert and i got several error messages, but at one point my albert looked like this: </p>

<p>Now its back to normal with the application status and normal links for applicants. Anyone know what this could mean?</p>

<p>And GiantMidget, I think the majority of applicants are for Stern. I could be wrong though, that’s what it seemed like. </p>
<p>And has anyone that applied to Fordham got their admissions decision in the last 2 weeks? I ‘should’ve’ gotten my decision last week (2 weeks after I got my ‘app completed’ letter) but I still haven’t gotten it.</p>

<p>But really, yeah I don’t think anyone is applying for that major. They’re probably like “We have that major?!?” lol</p>
<p>Yeahhhh, I’m hoping it’ll give me an edge since I doubt most people at NYU are probably even aware it’s offered. It probably won’t, but I can hope.</p>
<p>I feel like if I get in, I’m going to get even more blank stares and “What’s that? … Oh. What’re you even going to do with that major?” from people than I currently do with my current area of study, the Classics.</p>
<p>I applied to CAS for Biology. </p>
<p>I honestly cannot take the waiting. I really hope they don’t contact me about missing materials. I hope they have everything. <em>crossing fingers</em></p>
<p>I keep getting the error messages on Albert, too. Maybe too many people are attempting to log on at once…? Or they’re busy updating the system (gasp)? Perhaps.</p>
<p>Anyway, I just called admissions…they said they’d be sending out email notifications (if you have things missing) by today or “the very beginning of next week at the latest”</p>
<p>@philgirl I haven’t… just because I haven’t bothered to look into it very much… Is it just FAFSA? Idk if it will matter though… just cause of how expensive it is… if my parents knew what budgeting meant… than I’d be fine lol.</p>

<p>@coolio – i applied to fordham april 1st and i was told april 7th that my app was complete. i called on 4/19 and left a message from kara stone. i found out that those who sent emails got a mass email back saying she was out of the office on break until the 27th. i guess we will here then. i think the issue is that since there is so much more limited housing at LC, they are waiting until May 1st to see what freshman put in there deposits, after that they will offer anything available to transfers… the reason why so many people found out about RH is because there is so much more housing available so they no they can accept more people there. im just keeping my fingers crossed.</p>
<p>Gah, now I’m worried for the whole welfare of my application after learning they lost both a non-academic recommendation letter and my college transcript. @thf5017, I don’t know if I’d take their word on that, really. From the way the admissions counselor I talked to made it sound, it seems as if they’re still struggling to keep on top of what’s actually in and can’t really say for certain what’s come in and what hasn’t. She honestly kind of made it sound like a chaotic zoo over there, tbh…</p>
<p>I don’t suppose I’ll be getting a decision particularly soon, what with these events. Ah, well.</p>
