<p>I just called and the student ambassador told me that they’d be sending emails at the end of this week and early next week. However, they said that last week! I really wish they could just tell me.</p>

I have five finals starting this Friday, and a paper due by next week that my professor STILL hasn’t given us any information about (can you even do that so close to finals? It’s not like I don’t have other classes to worry about…) But they e-mail you when they receive additions to your application? That’d be good to know, seeing as how I sent in a revised form of my transfer essay last week. When did you send in your new short answers?</p>
<p>I called NYU cuz I was curious to see what classes would transfer over (especially because I am thinking of taking summer classes at my current school). They told me that a list of what classes will transfer over will be included with the admission decision.</p>

my stats…these are just off the top of my head<br>
-Sophmore at a Private University
-gpa. 3.47 - I made the deans list at school for 2/3 semesters I have been here. I explained in my essay that one of my semesters I was unable to do well in a physc class and got a C+ and that brought my gpa down to a 3.43 from a 3.5 which is an A- average on our scale, also I am in my universities Honors program so I have more rigorous classes.
- Sat: 1860
- I cant really remember my high school gpa, it wasnt anything spectacular ; i did take some Ap and Honors classes though, and passed the exams
- MY EC’s Are<br>
- 2 Research Assistant positions, President of a Club, Council Member of another Club, Active members of 2 other clubs, Intern,
- I think that’s it… I applied Gallatin so I could do international relations, while having an emphasis on screenwriting and creative writing…
- I put a lot of time into my essays, and I also sent in an extra one explaining why I need to create my own program and why NYU was the perfect place for me to do it. </p>

I made the deans list 2/3 times as well! I am applying to CAS. I am the treasurer of my school’s german club, and am active member in club basketbal and club soccer…i tried varsity crew for a semester, but didnt like it…still, it taught some things about team work etc… Highschool GPA was like a 92, so I guess thats a 3.7(right?)…I interned at a law firm this past summer in new york, and already secured an internship for this summer. I applied to CAS as a polici/german major…</p>
