<p>I wish that storm was coming up to montreal, we get over a foot of snow in one day, and they still don’t cancel school.
The snowbank outside my house is over 2 stories tall, and there still hasn’t been a single snowday :(</p>
<p>^ The only time school gets canceled here is when it’s -40 degrees, and it’s too cold for kids to wait for the school bus.</p>

<p>I just had a horrible thought. This is proof that I have gone cuhhh—raaazeeeeee. I logged into my applicant account on Princeton’s website and my data there was gone, because Princeton had notified me earlier that they had received all of my materials (so that there was no more need to check my status until Mar. 31). However, before thinking of that logical explanation once I saw my account, I nearly panicked, because I thought that Princeton had erased my data since I was already rejected!!!</p>
<p>(A few hyperventilated breaths.)</p>
<p>Now I know that what I was worried about was clearly not the case. Princeton wouldn’t indirectly post a rejection on a student’s account.</p>

<p>I was so right! School was canceled and I broke out my cross country skis this morning!!!
But for whoever asked, it depends on what you mean by “northeast” if you want to know about snow. I’m from northern Delaware (which is just across a river from NJ, home state of Princeton as we all know). DE is a place far south enough that a big snow storm like the one that blew in last night is still really exciting. School would have been canceled even if we only got 2 inches of snow. Total accumulation seems to be around 6 inches though. Right now, the view outside my window is gorgeous! Tree limbs outlined in snow, ground cloaked in white, the sun has just started shining so everything dazzles. We can’t go anywhere because we live in the middle of the woods and the snow plow hasn’t come yet. Hurrah for snow!</p>

<p>as far as I know we were supposed to send some proof for the information we provided in that. I sent my parents’ statements from their employers- both translated and notarized. maybe you should call their office and talk to them about this. just to be on the safe side.</p>
<p>My mum finished her '08, so maybe I should send that in…eeeps! I have a nightmare where I overcome every hurdle imaginable to get in and then can’t go because of aid. College is traumatizing. :P</p>

<p>stop that! try doing something else… get out of the house… meet with some friends… it’s really harmful and you don’t want to receive your admission decision while you’re in a hospital or sth( this could lead to exhaustion). feel free to PM me any time you feel like you need someone to talk to. Cheer up! there’s much more to life than getting into a college. :)</p>
