Dang, idk then. My Kaplan book says round up. It is 2:1 in favor of the nearest number. Guess we will just have to wait and see. I really trust my teacher tho lol.

my guidance concelor told me leaving school today they got them so hopefully ill have them tomorrow if not i can always check online!!

@balrog29 Do you still have the practice PSAT test that is handed out when you first register for the test? It explicitly says round up if .5 or higher and round down if .25 or lower.

Nvm y’all are right 4sure I just checked the practice test collegeboard gave out and it says on the back to round down if it’s below.5 and up if it’s.5 or more. Tragic.

I’m fairly confident the cutoffs will drop, so don’t fret too much.

Okay…I now present the easier way to get your scores…
1.Go to <a href=“Student Score Reports”>Student Score Reports; and sign in.
2.Go to the following links:
https://quickstart.collegeboard.org/posweb/questionInfoNewAction.do?testYear=2014&questions=incorrect&skillCd=CR1&questionInd=1
<a href=“Student Score Reports”>Student Score Reports;
<a href=“Student Score Reports”>Student Score Reports;
<a href=“Student Score Reports”>Student Score Reports;
<a href=“Student Score Reports”>Student Score Reports;
On each one, it will either give you an error, or it will say “Questions you answered incorrectly (1 of X)”
Sum the 'X’s from each link to find the total number of incorrect answers for CR. If you get an error, move on to the next link.
3. Repeat step 2 with the following links for math: <a href=“Student Score Reports”>Student Score Reports;
<a href=“Student Score Reports”>Student Score Reports;
<a href=“Student Score Reports”>Student Score Reports;
<a href=“Student Score Reports”>Student Score Reports;
4. Repeat step 2 with the following links for writing:
<a href=“Student Score Reports”>Student Score Reports;
<a href=“Student Score Reports”>Student Score Reports;
<a href=“Student Score Reports”>Student Score Reports;
<a href=“Student Score Reports”>Student Score Reports;
Student Score Reports;
5. Count how many you got wrong and then calculate your score with the curve from https://web.archive.org/web/20141204164848/https://www.collegeboard.org/pdf/psat/understanding-psat-nmsqt-scores-guide_0.pdf

initiates a prayer circle for our PSAT scores

@palm12341 Does the new method still require the access code from last year?

Man that’s depressing, I got a 204 last year, studied a bunch, and only improved by 2 points
And the funny thing is, I thought I did the best on reading, and on practice tests I was getting straight 80s… but I got a 61 on the actual PSAT.

No way I’m making the cut with my score … However, congratulations to all who made it!

GOD BLESS YOU @palm12341

Yes, the new method still requires the access code from last year because it’s basically another application of the same method.

@cwtrey5 I think it does, but I have no way of knowing. Could you make a mycollegequickstart account and try? I figure it might be possible it would give you the results if you put in all the info you did on the test.

this link doesn’t work:
Student Score Reports;

@palm12341

@zendoodle That means you didn’t get any questions wrong in that specific CR category, congrats!
Just use the other CR links and skip that one

Does this take into account omitted answers?

@palm12341

How do you figure out what your score is based on how many you got wrong? I cannot find the curve on this pdf

Crap, I just realized the new way I said might not work if you omitted questions. Not sure though, as I didn’t omit any and can’t check.

I ommitted a few @palm12341

omitted *** oops

@zendoodle Sorry then, you might be better off using the old way
