Williamzhang, what are you going to do aboout that insurrance? do you plan to enroll in their Student Health Insuracen Plan?

I think we must enroll in the plan, right?
Is there any options?

I’ve got the same financial package as you, and we’ll have to pay for the insurrance. That’s not covered by our financial aid package. I’ve asked some questions at their office and they told me that we can get an extension, and pay for the insurance from our job, on a payroll deduction. (you’re financial aid package does include a job, right?)

So…I think their plan is expensive and I’ve asked around for information on other options. I don’t know right now anything for sure, I’ve only got this site for start: www.internationalstudentinsurance.com

I was thinking maybe we could get insurance from other companies. That should be an option. What do you think?

Decision: Wait Listed
Had a 2020 on my SAT I and about an 89 highschool GPA.

I’m sure at least part of the reason I was wait listed was that I never interviewed with Lafayette or showed much interest. Anyway, I have no regrets, as I was accepted to my top academic choice, McGill University (quite different from Lafayette, I know).

I didn’t say that McGill was my top academic choice before because the person here who posts as candyman is apparently a presence in the Lafayette admissions office. I would also like to thank candyman for assisting me with several questions about Lafayette I had a couple of months back; thank you for being so helpful.
