My EFC is 0. I received around $32,000 in aid, merit and need. Is owing more than $28,000 worth going here? Is it possible to repay all those loans after college in time? Or even at all?

$28,000/year times four years? Not worth it.

Accepted to school of Management with $37,400 aid package
:)

between BU, Case Western, Babson, and University of Pittsburgh, and I guess Bentley

I’m an ED student but I can’t find the merit aid either…

Accepted, but sadly too late. Already decided to attend Temple University.

I dont understand BU our EFC is around 41,000. I have a D at GWU and we are paying big bucks there. My younger D had a good record in school. SATs 2060. Lots of APs. Leadership in school. Great Kid. BU is her first choice. She gets admitted to BU and terrible financial aid. Just the mandatory loans. Zip for scholarships/grants. Not even work study that every other school gave her. She is very upset and so are we. This totally sucks. We all loved BU.

Oops, I meant $24,000 a year. Still a hefty sum though…

Either way, I’ll still be owing a lot to whichever college I’m going to. Debating between Clark, UMass Amherst, and BU (still waiting on Tufts and Amherst College).

For my first year, living on campus…

Clark gave me slightly more aid than BU, and it costs $44,700. A difference of $7,200.

As for BU, an aid of $32,650 and a cost of $56,922. A difference of $24,272.

UMass, $5000+free tuition, a cost of $20,008 for a difference of $13,294.

What do you guys think?

Do you all think they are slowly releasing decisions? I just logged onto the applicant link and there is no decision/financial aid posted. Just says that they’ve received my application and it is complete. Says the same for financial aid.
