<p>I doubt the URL has any bearing on the uploading page. Mine has flashed with both 185 and 187. I am currently seeing the extinguisher message.</p>

<p>I just noticed the extinguisher page says Central Standard Time instead of Central Daylight Time…

<p>@redconfetti Saw that 2 others on CC got their letters, so quickly hit the link on my email then, thinking the system was back up. Saw my letter for about 2 minutes, then back to extinguisher msg. Can’t get back to it now.</p>
