<p>@ fledgling - that’s exactly my view of things! That’s why I’m so interested in biomedical engineering. It sounds like it would be so applicable and it’s always expanding because technology is always expanding!
I feel like majoring in just a pure SCIENCE would be kind of pigeonholing and limited. Not to say they’re not interesting, they’re just not as exciting to my short attention span :)</p>

<p>Well my ideal course would be a fusion of chemical engineering, management science, financial engineering, operations research, economics, culinary arts, astrophysics, anthropology and photography… Lol! Bt that’ll never happen… 
ditto on the application over abstraction. Whereas i’m really into science, i have very diverse interests and i have a penchant towards management and finance aswell (dad’s an economist mum’s an accountant so its kinda in the blood). Also considering the pre med track (though i heard the required courses have impossible grading curves @ stanford and that they infact advise you to take them elsewhere to keep ur gpa up!?)</p>

<p>I kinda hope it comes out next week to be honest. I have a ton of stress in hw and life in general right now and having the decision looming over me isn’t exactly the greatest.</p>
<p>Then again, I still have about 10 more supplements to do by the 1st, and I will have a ton more motivation to finish them up if I get rejected/deferred.</p>
