Mine are submitted!

I just submitted my Yale application! Also the common app to Stanford, Harvard and Princeton. I feel weirdly elated, relieved, nervous and agitated, all at the same time!!

I’m sending it this Friday…

Oh. Well, good luck!! =D

I’m sending it on Thursday…

@crazysmiles,
I’m sending in my applications when i’m done. Hopefully that’s before Sunday night. I haven’t sent in any other applications actually, the next to tackle are the UCs and then USC

^I’m planning on submitting my application by Sunday night too. I just hope my transcript arrives by the deadline.

I’m going to be sending mine in at the last minute, because I’m not near to done with my writing.

I guess I will add you lot on FB So who wants me to PM them my name?

Me please!

hahahahahahahha I haven’t been on in 18 hours (yea i counted…) and I missed like 10 pages… hahahhaha

Everyone PM me your name for fb :D

Haha I charged my phone last night, but it died after only using it from 6 am - 4 pm because I was on CC the whole time… whoops :)

Also, I added you, Wulfran! And I think I’m already friends with you, Minniemouse :)

Yea we are! Yayy and I added wulfran too!

ps my cat profile picture was a fail… I missed my old one. haha

Haha I have my puppy dog in my picture… Wanted to join the club of animal profile pics :)

Good club to join… lots of great people :D

Yea I finally submitted my new “Why Stanford” and like a kind of odd idea for the intellectual vitality essay to my college counselor today. The vitality portion actually came from my Georgetown application.

My friend got into college today!! I was so excited for her. She got into Tulane (whatevs) but I think she might have been the first in my grade to hear.

LET THE SENIORITIS BEGIN

Since submitting my app, I’ve been on a constant confidence low. Not good… What do ya’ll think will be the strongest part of your application?

I think you know Courtney

Hey, so what do you guys think exactly qualifies as a “resume”? I know Stanford explicitly states NO RESUMES but is a page attached to the Additional Information section with future tests, summer activities and music awards considered a resume? I emailed them and they told me that I should feel free to attach anything to the Add. Info that couldn’t fit anywhere else. This sounds hypocritical. I just don’t want to be penalized for this later… so thoughts?

totally a toughie… I’m considering adding a resume too since you know, my college counselor didn’t warn me about the Art Supplement that was due in the middle of the month and now the school has no idea how much time I have put into creating masterpieces!!!

Wait what? I dont understand that? You want to attach a resume explaining how much time you spent working on your art? I dont think thats considered a resume… when I think resume, I think transfering the Activities section on a seperate page.
