*Official* Stanford REA 2015 Applicants' Discussion Thread

We had to go to school today. :frowning:
But I’m really excited for Thanksgiving though. Food, family and friends, video games, football. :)

Hey i know that no one can be sure but does anyone have a rough idea as to how many people are above 2200 on sat 1??

grr… I feel left out… lol xD

Actually, there is a way to be sure. The College Board releases data on the performance of students on the SAT each year. Here’s the link for 2010.

Final exams from Dec. 14 to Dec. 16 + Stanford decision on Dec. 15 + Seeing my boyfriend for the first time in four months on Dec. 17th= CRAZY WEEK. Three weeks left, woot woot.

I hate Thanksgiving. And Courtney…

No car. No visitors (besides the family friend exception)

this has been going on for three weeks now

@ jewelledhunter: Three weeks? I had the impression that it was shorter than that.

@ crmichi: Aw, that sucks! I hope you get un-grounded as quickly as possible!

Whoo! Just found out i’m a Coca Cola semi finalist!

Congratulations Jason!! I believe JoJoMan18 (who’s also a Stanford REA’er) got that too. Major congrats to the both of you.

Should i tell Stanford?

No, you don’t hate me, Michelle  I think you told me about being grounded? Three weeks without a car has to be AWFUL, though. What do you do with your time?
16 days til the 10th, y’all :)

Well

school < soccer < homework < sleep
repeat

Yay. Happy early Turkey Day break everyone!

Sixteendayssixteendayssixteendays. Ahh, I can’t wait! :D

I’m not stressing anymore about college applications since I got done with my college Diff Eq class with an A-! The rest of my classes this year (although AP) aren’t that challenging for me so I’m gonna have fun and enjoy my senior year, finally.

^Wish I could say the same.

Nice.

There’s always so much more to stress about though, BigKev! Even with good grades college apps done, there’s still college acceptances AND scholarships to worry about!

AGreed. I have a giant scholarship/competition due this weekend, as well as going out of town for a National 4-H Congress, which includes me giving a 15 minute speech XD

Hey guys - it’s been a while since I read up (my computer got a virus, and then I dropped it… so I’m still having issues with dell).

BUT… to catch up on the general topics - my name is my family nickname from preschool, and I am SUPER psyched about my sat scores - 720 math II, 770 Lit, which, given that I fell asleep during the test and was going to cancel them, is awesome. I got really excited when I looked on the site and it said 800, but that was for a test I took way back in June. argh.

It’s crazy how little time we have until we found out!

1900 :D

I’m bored waiting for the decisions…
