<p>My friend just got into Columbia. Holy cow… God lol. This is making me so anxious.</p>
<p>22 hours to go no matter what time zone</p>
<p>For me, right now it is Friday, 11:07AM. 12/9/11.</p>
<p>I live in Texas. So it’s 7:11 here. Better get to my government test now… All this stress is not gonna help me on my test tomorrow!:P</p>
<p>In Illinois. It’s 7:12 here, and it’s been such a slow week…</p>
<p>I feel you. It must suck not to be in the same time zone as the U.S. let alone the West Coast. And here I was banging my head against the wall because I have to wait until 12pm EST to know.</p>
<p>I can’t concentrate that much at this point. I can do my calc homework… but I also have to read Act 2 and 3 of Hamlet. Which might require too much focus from me at this point.</p>
<p>I wonder what the acceptance rate of CC early stanford applicants will be this year. Last year it was 23%</p>
<p>So it’s been confirmed that Stanford has a history of releasing decisions the week before?</p>
<p>The website won’t even update until 11 Central time so I’ll be in IB HL 2 Math which is ironically the class that I fear will keep me out. I got 6 A’s . . . and a D+ in Math. My life. And I won’t hear a decision till 5ish my time so I’ll have to spend my friday night refreshing my computer. Hottttt.</p>

<p>@stressedout27 I imagine you’ll wake up, walk in the doors to the building, then sit through each of your classes, and then go home and start rampantly checking CC.</p>
<p>Seriously guys, this isn’t a big deal. The decisions are, according to the above poster who called, completed. THEY ARE WAITING ON THE DEAN’S APPROVAL TO RELEASE THEM. Your application is in a pile, and we’ll find out [most likely] tomorrow which pile that is. That is all that happens tomorrow - we find out where some papers, filled out with our name, SS#, etc. ended up. </p>
<p>It’s like if I lost a packet of papers, and somehow the wind took them all the way to Palo Alto, CA (must’ve been some powerful wind); tomorrow I’ll receive an email from Stanford saying that they’ve found those papers and placed them into a pile with some other papers they had lying around. I will accept that email and feel relieved that those papers had been found and placed into a pile. </p>
