I prefer puppies

I like kittens AND puppies. I have two cats and a dog, and they get along famously :)

lucky you haha if there is one thing my dog hates it’s cats.

Birdsssssssss

I love animals
But I am allergic to kittens
which is a shame. Guys, it is finally dead day at my school tomorrow, I am done with my difficult work for the year yayy now I can sit back and wait for decision day as I study for my BC final.

I like both dogs and cats, but dislike inefficient admissions officers.

Harvard decisions out. Everyone getting deferred, including my two friends who applied :/

Baby sloths ftw.

Reminds me of Langston Hughes’ “What Happens to a Dream Deferred”. Haha, you should read it!

Also to the Christian Scientist: I’ll go back to what I said before, perfection can be tainted. He created a perfect world but he allowed free will. Without free will we would be talking robots. He also gave free will to the angels, one of whom decided he wanted more power. Then you can start to see how that might cause problems, even in a perfect world. Perfection isn’t necessarily eternal. Ironically, by letting us rebel and sin God was loving us by giving us that choice. You can go back to Henley’s words in Invictus: I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul. If Adam and Eve weren’t given that choice, we wouldn’t be able to say that. Sadly, we chose the wrong option and continue to do so.

Have you read Paradise Lost? Milton gives an excellent insight into the Fall and the parties involved.

I’m really glad we can have this conversation without slitting throats either, usually these turn into bloodbath. Cheers for an intelligent and thoughtful discussion!

It’s tomorrow. Tweeted.

I know that people will spend all of tonight and tomorrow freaking out, so for an artist that never fails to calm, listen to Jack Johnson. He is my go to guy.

If you guys would merit the adjectives ‘outstanding’ and 'exceptional, if you would merit admission to an elite university like Stanford, you would not be whining about the upcoming admission decision. You would know exactly that even if Stanford does not accept you, you would go out there, do your job and succeed in whatever you pursue. This, in my opinion, is what in the end distinguishes Stanford pupils. They do not worry about something as simple as admission to Stanford, they are convinced that no matter what, they will prevail.

You are all awesome people. Now stop *****in around, man up and work hard. Whatever decision expects you tomorrow, be sure: I will succeed.

I’m an international. Even if I would wind up at the university of Timboktu, I would not start paniking like you guys… Find that inner pure power of will!

Stanford Admissions tweet (@ApplyStanford): REA admission decisions will be communicated via email Friday, December 14th starting at 3pm PST.

Yeah I’m going to get great job offers after graduating from the University of Timboktu…thanks for the wonderful advice!!

omg yes tomorrow is the day

Seriously, I’ll feel kinda lame if I don’t get in. Two of my really good friends just got accepted to Harvard >_>

@Stan: You clearly missed the point… Read my post again.

I don’t see the tweet. Am I missing out on a joke or something? I hope you know it is a social rule to not **** around when talking about tweets.

Never mind. It just came up. Welp, that is an embarrassing post.

@Ron I understand that if you want to be an entrepreneur, but there are a lot of jobs that will obviously hire someone with a Stanford degree over someone with a degree from an average college

danielk10 I assure you it’s not a joke. Look at the most recent post at http://twitter.com/ApplyStanford/.
