Official thread october sat 2013 test

DK was the triangle circle problem the one with the equilateral triangle inscribed in the circle and formed a chord on a 60 degree arc? What was the exact question again?

Someone want to help me figure out which writing section was experimental or not?

I got 1/2 for the 3x/a question as well, or at least I think that’s what I put!
Getting so nervous now, feel like I put in the wrong answers :O

Is 2 wrong on cr 800?

can someone pm me the google doc link?

Can someone PM me the google doc link, or just post it onto here?

Does anyone remember putting blase and enthralled?

For the love of god, if you have the doc or have visited the doc please just post the link. It doesn’t take much to Ctrl + H, but it does take much to search 170 pages on a forum.

Can someone pm me the google docs link?

Is the general consensus for no error this:

#14, with the author

Incas

River flowing

Children seeing whales

27 or 28, the one that’s not the cheetah

so was it polarized fruitful or the inconclusive one? i put polarized because it was clearly divided and it was certainly a fruitful debate in the sense that there was a lot of information and was certainly “high yielding”. I do particularly remember anything about inconclusiveness.
also, is it romantic/dramatic or poetry/music?

@rafanadal

It was inconclusive since he was talking about they were trying to find a middle ground (#17) but the could not reach a a solution

Also for the one where the we had the reaction between the two passages of the bees, it was asking how the activists for radical bee decline like Sousa would react to the statement that the bees decline was underestimated and a big problem, hence I put complete agreement.

@rafanadal

I bubbled in the one about inconclusive
And I said they would agree because both the writers and Sousa held exaggerated views.

@rafanadal

I also didn’t think either the romantic/dramatic or poetic answers were right. I put mundane to extraordinary. Because the little girl thought a tale of two cities was “satisfactory” (this is if my memory serves me correctly)

@rafanadal

We have general agreement it was mundane…

@SgtElite

It was complete agreement but you read the question wrong, read my earlier reply. I think a lot of people read the question wrong, hence we dont have anything close to a general agreement.

Guys up to her standards as a romantic novel is a GOOD thing… Not mundane!!
Mundane would be if she had no interest whatsoever in the book

I have the link but I cant pm anybody lol… so pm me i guess?

@samuelkim

I think college board was trying to trick you with that choice, because it said she found the book romantic right in the text. It thought people would hence go with that answer. However if you read the question more closely it was asking for her change in attitude toward toward the book. Therefore she went from thinking the book as ordinary to thinking it was this amazing thing when Mrs. Flowers read it

can someone tell me the answer of the triangle inside the circle question?I’m freaking out over it

@productrule
I pm’d you, please respond lol. THANKS!!

Any one remember the question of 3x+2y=34, what is one possible value of x+y?

I let x=2 and y=14, so x+y=16, is that right? or did I forget something?
