Do you guys remember #8 on the grid in section?

oreo: I hope so, I’ve been freaking out all afternoon. Thanks!!

Oh yeah I deleted a sentence too

Improving paragraphs… anybody remember 30?

Was 32 “it alleged…”?

what was #8 on the grid in math section? It was the last m/c until the actual grid in.

Spring you took a valid position. It just matters how you supported it. I took the same stance that contentment (anti-progressivism) is detrimental to society as change is a necessity for any first world nation.

Looking at Erik’s scale, how would we rate this test’s CR? Easy, mod, or hard? I think on math missing one will deliver a 770. If it’s 780 I’ll be shocked. Writing will be interesting especially with CB playing around more and more with homonyms. What do you guys think?

what did you get for the cotton ball question on math

reposting again that question with the hyenas and pestilence

anyone know the correct answer?

Cotton ball was 1680

Oh yeah I remember now.
We had to delete the sentence that said, “people that study extraterrestrial life are called astrobiologists” right?

Yeah, it was completely unnecessary.

the girl’s growth MATH question was the one (well at least it’s what I put) with the horizontal asymptote, so it increased then flattened out… if it was anything else it would mean she would grow infinitely or get smaller

I think we just had to graph the function the test gave us. The function was a linear one but I thought that it should’ve had a horizontal asymtope too since it was talking about height increase

this has probably been answered but what was the bristlecone pine needle answer? at first I was certain of my answer then I looked at it for like the last 3 minutes… does anyone remember it?

Apache, which question are you talking about… I don’t remember that one

Well that math problem never stated she couldn’t grow infinitely. I just modeled the equation given: y=1.5x + 20 and it was a linear graph with the y-intercept at 20

@apache123 I believe the girl’s growth problem gave the equation as height=20+1.5x, which is a linear equation. I see your point, though. The poor girl.

@smarty, it was in the last english section. talked about how the tree could live for some amount of years, but then its needles could live for 40+.

It was like the pine tree’s needles.

Also, was there a question about rides at an amusement park? I think the answer was like 420 or 480

Yeah the girl was linear. I graphed it.
