@suenos53 From what I know UCB wants you to finish all major prep and IGETC before or during your last spring semester prior transfer. If you have not fulfilled those requirements, yes, they will not look at your application. But it all depends, because I KNOW people for a fact that have gotten in and didn’t finish all of their major prep. It’s a shaky situation, but to be safe I would finish all of my major prep before transferring over.
