Anyone else that has signed the TAG but hasn’t got accepted yet?
I TAG’d but have heard nothing. 3.5 Cum GPA. Last semester I got a 3.0 because I only had a lab and one other classes, so my A and B ended up as 3.0 GPA instead of a 3.5. I think that voided my TAG, but someone on here said their TAG got accepted even though they got a 3.0 in Fall as well.
Seriously heart broken. I’ve only gotten 1 C ever in my college career. I have over 50 units done and a 3.52 gpa and I haven’t gotten accepted. All requirements will be done by the end of this semester, so I don’t know why they didn’t offer me conditional acceptance. I guess I’ll spend a 4th year at Community college. I hope they offer spring admission like last year so I’d only have to stay one semester.
@ucithrowaway See I would believe that it would void your TAG according to their requirements but hearing that about the person getting in, I don’t even know anymore :((
There is still time for you to get accepted, stay positive and focused on what is in front of you. What is your major? And did you apply anywhere else?
I am a Business Information Management major and I signed my TAG, have a 3.70 and have not gotten below a 3.4 (in case they say that it has to be every term haha) in any term at my CC so I don’t see how I wouldn’t get in… I want to stay positive but it is becoming more difficult as time goes on.

Long shot, but did anyone get in for art? That’s where I applied and haven’t heard back yet. It seemed like they were just accepting business/sciences but now that it’s rolling admissions it seems more likely that you guys are just mostly business/sciences so that’s why it seemed that way.
I haven’t heard back yet and I’m beyond stressed. CC to UC, 3.76 gpa, all prereqs, no TAG, reasonably strong essays, will have my AA and over 70 credits by transfer time (including one from UCI lmao), but starting to lose a little hope. Got rejected from UCI once already as a kid and I don’t want to disappoint again.
