<p>The reason I’m worried is that I was also cited with “failure to report an accident.” I’m not exactly sure what I’m supposed to say on my community standards form, or if I even have to fill one out. On my “to do list” the community standards form isn’t showing up that I need to turn it in. Any suggestions?</p>

<p>@dkid25 I had a charge that was pending when I applied. As long as you keep them completely informed of the situation and all the court proceedings you should be fine. You aren’t guilty until a judge says you are so just follow up in court and plea your case then. I’m sure they will understand.</p>
