<p>BarristerDad- I’ll chime in on the Latin SAT II- I know you didn’t direct the question at me, but my score (740) was fairly similar to Amadeuic’s, so maybe I can be of assistance with my two cents :)</p>
<p>Honestly, I think the test is a bit of a crapshoot (ugh- the most overused word on this site, but whatever). Really, it all comes down to knowing the vocab, especially the odd ones that don’t take accusative objects, for example. Really, I didn’t study at all for the SAT, and honestly, I don’t regret it. All of the little details I learned in class helped me 1,000x times more than those practice books- but then, that’s the case with every standardized test I’ve ever taken. Sooo… essentially I guess the point of this post is to pay attention in class and decide whether hardcore review books are the right course for your daughter. </p>
