<p>Piano09, for students who have not yet heard back from Michigan, their response should be out by April 1 (acceptance, rejection or wait list). For students who have been deferred, their response should be out by mid-April.</p>
<p>i applied and they had all my stuff on Nov 14 and then i got deferred early december. The letter asked to mail my 7th semester grades when available and i did (which my 7th semester grades were the best ever 4.3 for semester) ne idea when i will know and if i have a shot at getting in? I am out of state with average and not impressive test scores but 4.0 gpa, rank 20/250 and tons of volunteer and great extracurricular stuff</p>

<p>Is your GPA weighed or unweighed? Did you take a lot of AP classes? how did you do on your AP exams? Average tests scores won’t help. </p>
<p>Michigan adcoms are not as impressed by 2200+/33+ SAT/ACt scores as most of its peers, but they usually like to see over 2000/30 SAT/ACT scores.</p>

<p>gpa is 3.7-3.8 un weighted and i am in 3 ap’s english latin4 and math dont take the ap exam for a while, as far as my act and sat i took act 3 times and sat once but like i said nuthing special there but i have so many volunteer stuff and ec’s plus my 7th semester grades that they asked for were the best ever for me so i hope that will help </p>
<p>again they got those grades about feb 10 or earlier and im in ohio still no repsonse</p>
<p>I still have not heard back from Michigan yet. What’s worse is that my 7th semester grade does not even show up under the received material list. I wrote an email to them and they say they got it and will update it soon, but still nothing on it.</p>
<p>I think I will not get a decision soon, but I will check my status first thing tomorrow. Is there anyone just like me?</p>
