Oh wait that was a different question lol. I was thinking about the t must be even when it’s added to 2x or something of you guys remember

why is pt>0 wrong?

than do jaguars is correct.

but I think omitting “do” is also correct

@ClassicLays: I think you’ve got two questions mixed together. The “t must be even” is a correct answer, although for a different question. “pt > 0” is the correct answer for a different question as well.

Oh I’m sorry, I didn’t see his correcting post. My bad :)

What are experimental sections? Are they included in the score?

So are all my answers correct?

Anyways, someone brought up a point about peregrination and then someone else agreed with him (I’m too lazy to go back).

For peregrination, it said “His tectonic peregrination” or something like that. He is not moving! I previously wrote that “movement” would be in the context of revolution and not actual moving. I went from exploration -> movement -> exploration again lol

edit: i decided to find the link of the passage

Link here: <a href=“The Canon: A Whirligig Tour of the Beautiful Basics of Science - Natalie Angier - Google Books”>The Canon: A Whirligig Tour of the Beautiful Basics of Science - Natalie Angier - Google Books;

sentence: the English geologist Arthur Holmes soon afterward suggested a possible mechanism for Wegener’s continental peregrinations.

It’s not Wegener’s continental movement but his “hypothesis”. I feel myself learning towards movement again though because it says mechanism.

Plate teconics are not exploring, I put movement and serveral other people agreed.

Wegener’s continental exploration= Wegener is “exploring” the concept and not literally exploring. As I stated before, “movement” might refer to something like a revolution and not actual “moving”. Take the whole sentence into context.

what were the otehr choices for the caves one?

Yes, you have a valid argument as well

I have a writing question:

There was a question that was phrased something like “Neither this nor that was/were …”

Is “were” the correct choice and does anyone remember this question?

were was correct because both things in the clause were plural; if i am not mistaken its the question dealing with officers or something like that: it went were to something to something

On section 10, what was the last answer:

my answer was (Name of the Author), (Title of Book), offered…

So how many no errors?

I took test B, and I got three no errors

For the author question, I put the same answer. The other answers went author’s book, but the author was the topic and not the book.

Neither is singular if I’m not mistaken. Was should have been used instead of were.

Did answer to the writing MC question with the “good choices” on a menu have “restaurant” in it?
