does the usc admission comittee work on saturdays? I wanna know so that I don’t check my usconnect all the time this saturday

My status just changed! I got in! Best of luck to everyone here!

Same here. My enrollment deposit box actually directs me to a page where I can finally commit and I can download a PDF the acceptance letter under application status check! Good luck to everyone still out there, three more weeks!!

ACCEPTED! Arizona Community College student here, apparently my notification message was posted online two days ago and somehow I didn’t check it. So happy! Good luck everyone and fight on!

@kiegnat What major did you apply for??

I applied to Marshall but I was accepted to Dornsife I believe since I didn’t take calculus before transferring. Fine with me! I figured that would happen anyway.

@keignat Congrats!!

Hey everyone, I just got my decision pdf from Dornsife

My decision was posted as well. I was accepted as a chemistry major, which was my first choice. The weird part is that they are admitting me at a sophomore standing but Im a junior. I’m not sure why that is…

For those who still haven’t heard, hang in there and Fight On!

I’ll be interested to see when Annenberg applicants get their decisions. Judging from the prior year, they were pretty late mailing out decisions - although a few folks were notified the equivalent of next Friday.

@kin They admitted you as a sophomore because you still have units in progress that will be transferred once you send in official transcripts after this spring semester!

Congrats to all you guys!

I’ve always wondered; why the heck does it take so long for colleges to give us transfers an answer on our acceptance/denial. I’ve noticed for freshmen it’s mainly instance; but for us transfer students it’s like they take 6 months just for a yes or no.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Accepted into Marshall! Status update on USConnect, still can’t see fin aid award though.

Stats for future applicants:
College: large state school
Entering As: Junior
GPA: 4.0
Classes Taken: Calc I, Calc II, Financial/Managerial Acct, English, etc
Extra-Curriculars: really typical volunteering, some research
SAT: did not submit
Rec Letters: did not submit

Good luck to everybody!

@aliantran Oh okay, thanks! So then when I send it in will they change it to junior standing?

Congrats @FahmanISS!!! Great news! :)

Congrats to everyone hearing about their acceptances today :)

@kin Well it will depend which units transfer over and if you will have over 60 or not.

So it looks like everyone accepted so far is in Marshall or Dornsife?

Congratulations on your acceptances guys, it’s nice to hear that things are happening!

Has anyone whose been accepted receive the transfer scholarship?

We have to wait for our acceptance package because its not available on USC connect
