@ RandomNewGuy you mean it is not technical problems but rejection? but it is quite predictable for me. do you receive any official rejection letter? it seems that a letter just arrived but i am not home…

@JR2013, I asked admissions whether would could still ask for an SGR with only a week left and they said that they stopped asking for them. So I doubt sending an SGR this late would do much

Could someone please explain to me how i sign up for orientation? What’s the login to do so?

@random
who is this lane kiffin guy? tomred was accusing me of being him but i have never heard of him.

^ Lol. Classic Lane…

@theildream

You have to enroll and submit your deposit first, and then wait for an email orientation invitation. Itll ask you to activate your usc email account. After 24 hrs you may register for orientation. That invitation will give you all the instructions!

@redcap - I don’t know if the person you talked to at admissions is entirely correct. If you go on their Twitter page they specifically state that we will either hear a decision or request for an SGR by June 3…

You would have to think all the SGRs have been given though. The June response is just like a mandatory automatic response.

Did anyone resived scholarship on top of the financial aid letter? I just try to understand if there any hope for me to get it, because my financial award little is less then I expected. Thanks.

So far, marshall applicants who is still waiting for decision would be rejected?

@JR2013 you can attach the document on usconnet.edu and attach it to the box that says check missing documents or received docs or whatever and add it after clicking additional documents and upload it electronically and it’ll attach to your profile.

I still haven’t got a decision made yet either… and my OASIS has no updates…

Any body know anything new? I am dying to know if I got in or not… lol.

One more week, gents.

Then we can move on with our lives!

Lol its still going to be a long road for about 25% of you. This board will become more active after June 3rd comes and goes and you realize you still dont have your decision. Hopefully admissions gets it together and doesnt make you wait until July like last year. XD

@Ngarcia To be fair, they do have a decent amount of apps. It probably takes a while for the people to read your app, come to a consensus, and then do all the back-end stuff necessary for admitting or denying someone.

Marty- Do you work for the admissions office
lol jk (kind of)

But yes, It is awesome that they actually look through all the apps and dont just quickly decide. They do a lot of hard work! The only downside is if you find out in July that you’re admitted for fall. You dont really have enough time to get situated in terms of financial aid, housing, and classes.

@Dm1993 what were your stats for Marshall? What gpa did you get in with?

@Ngarcia Nah, but I read about their process lol

@harry188 3.80… while playing d1 football- which I’m guessing they weighed heavily when considering my app

@Dm1993 Was football the only extra curricular you had?
