<p>After coming home late tonight, I decided to check USConnect. Finally got the word…I’m in for USC as a Marshall applicant! Super excited. Hope you guys receive some good news as well!</p>
<p>Yep@ ") i hate how they are like the last but we will kno soon enough. The guy i talked too said he already reviewed my app and how it works is that they basically make reccomendations for students who would fit annenberg and they say who wouldnt make a good fit and then the main USC admissions comittee makes the choice.</p>

My advice to everyone here is that don’t be discouraged with other people’s stats. I was sad when I read a bunch of Marshall applicants had a 4.0 or other users who had higher gpas than me along with better extracurriculars. You never know what’s going to happen and how they view you as an applicant. </p>
<p>I have a question , since we out two major choices and we get into the first one then do they still evaluate us for the second one to tell us if we got into that too? </p>

<p>I’ve never actually heard of someone getting into their second choice. It’s lead me to wonder if they consider you for that at all. Since I’ll be entering as a sophomore if accepted, and my second choice is Open (Undecided), I don’t see what’s stopping me from applying to my intended major, seeing as I’ll have the min GPA and courses completed anyway.</p>
<p>@epicer I’ve don’t think I’ve seen too many transfers get into their second choice. Most get undecided unless they were upperclassmen (who can’t have undecided as an option).</p>
