@Surhov818 There was a person much earlier on this thread who was accepted last year on May 31… not SGR then accept, just acceptance.
I don’t disagree that they save rejections for last (nobody on this thread has been flat out rejected so far… and its highly improbable that everyone got in) but it isn’t logical to assume that they stop sending acceptances later in the year. There are something like 8,000 applications to go through, it takes a while, and many schools push back their self-imposed deadline because even when they review applications right up until the very end, there’s still more to look at.

TL;DR – You aren’t being “realistic” They probably review applications up until June 3rd so acceptances will also be sent out until then.

something weird happened. i seem to be unable to open up my FA status page! you know the pop up window!
says “you have no active session”. logged out and logged back in a coupla times, didnt fix it.

Accepted to Marshall School (Business Administration) today, May 23rd. My GPA is 3.42 at time of application. Transferring from Orange Coast College. If you’re curious about my stats, feel free to check them out over the USC 2014 Transfer Decisions thread (bottom 4th page).

Remember to join the USC Facebook Transfer page so I can hopefully become friends with some of you guys this year! I will probably attend the orientation for International Students in August (even though I’m not applying as an International Student) but I’d have to let them know beforehand though, since I will be overseas until then.

Thank you for your future congratulations, and try not to stress out!

@shellybelly222 Do not apply as undecided. The way admissions evaluates transfer applicants, you are considered for your first major, then your second major, and then if you can’t get into either, you are considered for an undecided major. For example, let’s say you like Fine arts or Architecture - then you would be considered first for Roski School of Fine Arts and if you didn’t make it in there, then they would evaluate you at the School of Architecture. If not there, then they consider you for undeclared/undecided at Dornsife - if you don’t make it there, you don’t get into USC.

In other words, all applicants have the ability to be considered for undecided so you might as well pick a major.

I just signed on to my connect and under application status it had a link to submit my spring grades. However, when I logged in on my computer again the link wasn’t there anymore, and now it is completely gone. Has this happened to anyone else?

@shellybelly222 Do not for the life of you put down Undecided as first. I made this mistake when I applied as a Transfer this year and was also contemplating the same thing (business vs undecided). I will be attending USC this fall and I am planning on declaring my major in Marshall. However, the chances of internally transferring is a lot harder. My cumulative GPA was a 3.8 from a top 50 private institution and I regret making that mistake till this day. So, avoid what I did and go for Business.

Well I’m sorry , I live in Los Angeles and have many friends that went to usc and go there. I don’t know one person that got in towards the end of May . Those that did, got in as spring admits or the SGR people got in. That’s all I’m saying. Just going with what I’ve seen.hopefully usc is changing things up so we all can get in :)

I am accepted to Marshall on 5/21 and I still have no enrollment box or the FB page box shown on my connect. I don’t know how to pay the deposit now. Should I call the admission office or should I just wait a few more days? Thanks!

My STARS was filled out this morning at 6:01am. “Bachelor of Science - Business Administration.” I have “Check” marks on the Diversity Requirement, Math Requirement, No more than 4 Units of physical Education" while the rest are “X”
