.

@CoutCin there’s no way they would hold that against you. I’m sure they expect everyone to have a back up plan by now considering they make us wait until June/July.

Finally, today my sgr, under required documents, in usc connect, is gone and now required documents states “none” … may or may not mean anything, but atleast it’s some change. I got sgr on about 4/26, submitted grades on 5/28 and now its gone today. Hopefully a decision soon!

Does the date you received a SGR have anything to do with your chances? Earlier the better or is it meaningless?

@troymax4
It has absolutely nothing to do with your chances. They need the sgr to make a decision, and I was told the date it arrives does not affect much unless you submit your grades late. For example, I applied to USC a very long time after the February 1st deadline, and I was still sent a sgr and considered for admission.

@troymax4 Not sure if it means anything or not, since only a few have been accepted or rejected w/ sgr so far

I know the cart thing may or may not mean anything, but now my cart was just emptied from 4 classes to none. This waiting is driving me fricken crazy!!!

@5nonnegotiables cart empty for DS too

Edit: four courses previously; 1 engineering and 3 writing courses

Edit2: How is everyone else’s cart looking?

my cart looks the same.

After checking back in other posts, I don’t think cart movement means anything. bummer… :P

hoping i get in!
4.0 gpa
id hate to be the one to get rejected with those stats

I read from some people on last years thread that getting your cart emptied is a good sign, but then again …Who knows I hope so

I’ve never been able to access oasis throughout this entire process.

@clemtransfer2014 sorry, just for clarification, when you say “my cart looks the same,” did you mean same as in four courses still visible or the four courses are now gone?

@5nonnegotiables I just read past threads and that seems to be the case. If not everyone’s cart is empty right now, I’m hoping that it’s a good sign for you and DS :)

@jack2011 did you try logging in with the various birthday passwords that were posted on this thread? I think they were MM/DD/YYYY or MM/DD/YY (enter without slashes). I can’t remember what combination DS plugged in when he first logged in but I think it was one of those. When did you apply?

deleted

I’m reading too much into it LOL… I need to step away from the computer and just wait patiently… excited for DS if he’s accepted though… it means he won’t need to go to New York (his back up)!

@5nonnegotiables My cart is empty too, but the error messages are still there! Damn. I swear they’re playing mind games with us. HAHAHA.

BUT this is the FIRST time my cart has ever been empty… so hopefully… good sign !!! LOL.

@XFER14
I still have the four courses in there!

My cart still has four courses!

@XFER14 I tried logging in with my ID and my own birthday code…I applied in January.

@jack2011 Hmm, not sure what might be wrong then. We’re aware of two students who submitted late apps and can’t access oasis. We suspected that it was maybe because of their late apps but that doesn’t seem to fit your case.
