So anyone looking for a roommate?

What is everyone doing for housing? Is everyone living off campus? What about roommates?

It’s 1:50am PST. Just logged in to USConnect and found that I got rejected as a Viterbi applicant. I’m very sad right now, this sucks a ton. I’ll post more details tomorrow in the Transfer Decisions page. Man…

@pjhayton Im sorry to hear that. Did you do well in all your class this spring?

@pjhayton I’m incredibly sorry for the bad news too. I was also rejected as a Computer Science (Games) major and it crushed me because I decided not to submit an SIR to UCSD because I was pretty confident I was going to get in and now I’m stuck at community college for yet another year :-S

Anyway, when you do feel like it, I imagine your stats will be helpful. So far I think I’m the only rejected applicant to post anything in that decisions thread.

for those of you who were accepted and are taking summer classes right now, did you fill out a usc pre approval form to tell admissions which ones you were taking during the summer? Or did you simply let them know in an email, etc. Thanks

Hey can anyone help me? Where can i check if my credits from my past university successfully transferred to usc? Thanks

does anyone know how to log into USCnet? to register for orientation??

Hi Everyone,
Well, I started this thread on 6-23-2013 because I knew how much the transfer 2013 thread helped me. I am so happy that so many of you were able to help each other through this process just like those of us on the 2013 thread were able to help and support each other. I am so happy for all of you who have been admitted to USC. I absolutely love it! For those of you who did not get admitted I know you can have great experiences at other schools. I wish you the very best too.
Maybe one of you will start a thread for the transfer 2015 group.
Fight On!

@Katie617 Thanks for the thread! This place has been really helpful for many of us!

@Saywhatter I heard that we need to submit our intent to enroll to get our usernames.

So my restrictions changed yesterday at 3:39pm. Do you guys know what I should be looking for next? Is this a good sign? I’m nervous…

@transferusc14 you should be looking for something the next day around the morning your stars report to fill up. if it’s filled…then congrats!

can someone pls help me with aid? I’m looking at my aid summary and there’s a small link in the top where it says “update” what does this “update” link mean?! thank you so much!

@iloveasianguys Thank you so much for responding so quickly! What is it exactly I’m looking for when I’m checking my Stars report? Are there any signs of being rejected that I’m not aware of?

Right now I can see my Stars audit report, but everything is empty and it says there is an error. Doesn’t show up in chrome, only in safari. Sorry for so many questions I’m just so nervous and all of these things are finally changing online for me.

@Musc14 You can view your Transfer Credit Report on OASIS under the “Course Transfer” Link.

@transferusc14 no big. I know how it feels hehe and you should look for it to be filled out; it won’t be the screen that you see now (error and blank) it should have some details about your courses and major and things like that. And for all I know is that if the report is not filled out the next day, it’s a sign of rejection…that seems to be the pattern for rejections.

For more info about signing up for orientation: http://sait.usc.edu/orientation/content.asp?ItemID=512

@dmdwelle & @cidzor thanks! I’ll check it out

Those of us admitted and who were active participants of this discussion should meet up at orientation!

I feel like it’s too late to sign up for orientation :I

@cidzor if you recently submitted your deposit and can’t logon yet then just email them and ask to register you.
